What is Congee?

Congee is a very popular food in many Asian countries. Somebody calls it “Congee Soup” and others calls it rice porridge. It is made from mixing boiling water with raw rice. T.G.I.F – Thanks God is Fish!

I recently came to the realization that Busters Sea Cove has opened up another location at the Telus Building in downtown Toronto. This is a great location compares to their St. Lawrence market location because it can be accessed through the PATH. I was there with my colleagues today and decided to share four entrées for lunch.
